We met at Community College of Philadelphia. That's me, Rhonda, on the right and Dr. Hall on the left. I knew when I started taking classes with Dr. Hall, she would help change my life. I had just started my college journey after raising my family, and now it was time for me to get my long sought for degree.





I was coaxed into taking an acting class by one of my peers, and that is the day I met Dr. Hall. Not only is she a great mentor, but her way of eating is rubbing off on me; although I cheat a lot, I am determined to change. This blog makes us face our challenges with food and exercise, and what we do to conquer
them.
